Christmas dinner – all women welcome

We’ve had a great year together, with many new women coming along to our events during 2008.

Our final get-together will be a beautiful Christmas dinner at 6.30pm on Tuesday 16 December at the Colonial Golf Club, Robina Parkway. The cost? $35. Please register and pay by Sunday 14 December.

This will be a fun and relaxing evening to catch up, reflect on the year that is past, and look forward to 2009. To help with the fun, please bring a creative $2 gift, wrapped.

We are finalising dates for  events in 2009 which will include an afternoon tea to help support the needs of women at the hospital in Munda, Solomon Islands, a factory outlet shopping day and our retreat at Mt Tamborine in September.  Details available shortly.

        Emotional Makeover: God’s Toolbox for a Woman’s Life

• Saturday 13 September  8am – 9pm
• Newlife uniting Church, Greenwich Court, Robina.  
• Cost $75 includes professional speaker; delicious breakfast, lunch, and sit-down dinner;           retreat journal and makeover elective. (Assistance available if necessary) 
• Guest Speaker Psychologist Meryem Brown will equip women with a range of tools to deal effectively with emotions so that we can fully live the life God intended.
• Afternoon electives: managing time; interior design; easy entertaining; exercise class; dress sense; hand and nail makeover; gift wrapping
